She happened to be our Buying agent for the house i bought for the first time. she absolutely brought ‘no value to our transaction’. After every repair request which went out from attorney, she would call and try to convince me saying you are buying an old house. all these issues are bound to be there. she didn’t have anything to do with the buyer satisfaction, she just wanted to close the transaction. During the process she had to convince me many times that she is on our side. After the initial showing of the house (after signing the contract) it was very difficult to get the subsequent appointment. I don’t recommend her.
